Lisa has over 15 years experience working in the finance industry in Jersey, primarily working within Risk and Compliance as an assistant to Directors and CEOs. Lisa is Jersey born and has extensive knowledge of the Island and the local finance industry and has been working with Andrew since 2020, shortly after Andrew returned to the Island and set up Equilibrium Futures.

Sales Director
Putting ideas into words is my passion. From narratives to rationalising brand stories and campaign content, understanding the real culture of a brand is my passion, aligned with using my language skills to sharpen messaging in a global context.
Course Director
Jess is an educator, a podcaster and a constant student. Self-love, nature, localism and seasonality intrigue Jess and it brings her joy to share what she has learnt about these topics with others by educating in the wellness, sustainability, food and horticultural industries. Together, Jess and Andrew have focussed upon the pedagogy and storytelling element that underpins the Sustainable Finance training content. Jess is most joyful at work when she is part of the process of making positive change happen.
